'Its called Karma...': Mohammed Shami teases Shoaib Akhtar after Pakistan suffer T20 WC final defeat at England's hands

England were crowned the champions of the T20 World Cup 2022 after a close five-wicket victory over Pakistan at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Sunday, November 13. It was a closely-fought game between the two teams but the Englishmen eventually came up trumps to take the momentum from Pakistan and win the coveted trophy for a second time.

After the match, former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar was evidently heartbroken after the match and shared a tweet with just one emoji of a broken heart. Akhtar himself is a World Cup winner, having secured the coveted trophy during the 2009 edition of the competition.

Akhtar, known for his many quips surrounding the Indian players, actually got a taste of his own medicine after Indian pacer Mohammed Shami quote-tweeted the original tweet, saying, "Sorry brother, it's called Karma" adding three more heart-broken emojis!
