Western Australia (WACA) beat India by 36 runs in the second practice match at the WACA Ground in Perth despite an excellent batting display from KL Rahul Chasing a target of 169, the likes of Jason Behrendorff and Andrew Tye were crucial in taking the wickets for India as their batters displayed poor form ahead of the T20 World Cup.
Batting second, Behrendorff got the early breakthrough for the hosts after he dismissed Rishabh Pant, who opened the batting for the side. Deepak Hooda too lost his wicket in the seventh over as Lance Morris grabbed his first of the match.
