The 13th edition of the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 is going to be one of the biggest tournaments in women’s cricket, which will be hosted by India and Sri Lanka. Eight teams, Australia, England, India, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan, will compete against each other in the 28 league matches in a round-robin format across four venues in India and one in Colombo. Matches featuring Pakistan and one of the semifinals will be hosted by Sri Lanka and the venue for the final depends upon Pakistan's qualification.
