India's bowling legend Jasprit Bumrah has concreated his top spot in ICC Men's Test Rankings after his iconic performance in the third Test match against Australia at Gabba. Bumrah's nine-wicket haul conceding 94 runs in the rain-marred third Test in Brisbane earned him 14 additional rating points, taking his total to a career-high 904. With this, Bumrah equalled former India off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin to become the joint highest-rated Indian Test bowler in ICC history. 

Bumrah is currently the leading wicket-taker in the five-Test match series against Australia. The speedster picked up 21 wickets in the first three Tests of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. Now, the speedster has a chance to surpass Ashwin's record in the fourth Test match. 

South Africa's Kagiso Rabada and Australia's Josh Hazlewood are currently ranked second and third respectively but the India star took a massive lead in points.

Australia's Travis Head who smashed two consecutive centuries in his last two outings against India got fourth place in the Men's Test Batting Rankings. 

Another Australia star Steven Smith who recently got his mojo back in the third Test at Gabba came into the tally of the top ten once again. India wicketkeeper batter KL Rahul who performed well during the Gabba Test takes him ten places above to 40th.

Australian captain Pat Cummins' has earned his place back in the top 10 all-rounders, following his four wickets with the ball and 42 runs in the third Test against India.
