The Rohit Sharma-led Indian cricket team got off to the worst start possible in the second Test match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy which is being played at the iconic Adelaide Oval, on December 6 (Friday). Australia's premium pacer Mitchell Starc provided his team with a massive wicket on the very first ball of the match. He dismissed the dangerous Yashasvi Jaiswal, who scored a century in the Perth Test.
Starc dismisses Jaiswal on golden duck
Young Yashasvi Jaiswal was dismissed for a duck in the first inning of the opening Test as well but later bounced back with a game-changing century. However, the big wicket has put the Aussies on the box seat. The hosts now need more wickets to completely throw the Indian side on the back foot.

This is the third time that Starc has struck on the first ball of a Test match equaling the record of Windies bowler Pedro Collins. If India was expecting another great partnership from the new opening pair after their historic stand in Perth but Starc spoiled their plans and gave India an unexpected blow very early in the game.
