After the match, Kohli celebrated in his well-known style as he waved towards his wife and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma who was present in the stands and witnessed as her husband reached another astonishing milestone.

Kohli smashed his 30th Test century and his 7th test ton on Australian soil making him the Indian batter with most red-ball tons on Australian soil. After completing his century Kohli's celebration won countless hearts as he gave his wife Anushka Sharma a flying kiss, who was cheering for him from the stands. Anushka is present during Kohli's matches a lot of time and expresses her support for the former Indian captain. The video of the moment from Perth is now going viral all over the internet.

Virat thanks Anushka after hitting century

Kohli thanked his wife Anushka Sharma for constantly supporting him through thick and thin. The legendary player player said that having his wife in the stands watching him playu this knock made it more special.

"I take pride in performing for my country. The fact that she is here makes it even more special for me," Virat Kohli said.

"Yeah, Anushka has been right by my side through thick and thin. So, she knows everything that goes on behind the scenes. What goes on on the head when you don’t play as well or make a few mistakes. I just want to contribute to the team’s cause, I am not a guy who wants to hang around just for the sake of it," he said.

Virat's century helped India post 487/6 and allowed India to set a target of 534 for the Aussies. And by stumps Day 3, Australia have already lost 3 wickets for just 12 runs.
