The upcoming Test series will be important for India to seal their spot in the World Test Championship (WTC) final which is scheduled to take place next year in England. Jaiswal made his India debut later this year against England. He played 14 Test matches and scored 1407 runs including three tons and his highest Test score is 214 not-out.
