India captain Shreyas Iyer hailed his young side after they completed a dominant 3-0 T20I series sweep over Zimbabwe with a 35-run victory in the third and final match. The skipper lauded the fearless approach shown by the youngsters and revealed the key message that was consistently passed on to the players throughout the series.
India were once again powered by teenage sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, whose explosive innings laid the platform for another convincing win in Harare.

Shreyas Iyer reveals dressing room message after series sweep
Speaking after the victory, Iyer praised the fearless brand of cricket displayed by the squad and credited the players for taking responsibility under pressure.
"As we saw, how fearlessly they are. A young bunch of players showing tremendous energy and intent on the field. To have that kind of energy is what I demand as a captain and we saw that."
The captain described the 3-0 result as a special achievement and highlighted the maturity shown by a relatively inexperienced international side.
Iyer also explained how he tries to create a relaxed atmosphere within the dressing room. The India skipper further added that maintaining composure and focusing on performance instead of results remains the team's biggest mantra.
"The amount of calmness that we possess and if we show the same courage going forward, it's going to be good for Indian cricket. If we keep levelling up and not think about the results... that's the message we gave to the players. It doesn't matter what situation we are facing, we just have to perform to the best of our abilities and see the team through."
India complete clean sweep after another all-round display
Batting first, India posted 192/5 in their allotted 20 overs, courtesy of another superb knock from Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, who hammered 81 off 49 deliveries at a strike rate of 165.31, smashing eight fours and four sixes.
Apart from the teenage opener, Ishan Kishan contributed 29 off 26 balls, Shreyas Iyer scored 27 off 18, Tilak Varma added 11 off 9, while Rinku Singh provided the finishing flourish with an unbeaten 25 off 14 deliveries.
Chasing 193, Zimbabwe were restricted to 157/7 in their 20 overs despite fighting knocks from Ryan Burl (54 off 43), Wessly Madhevere (28 off 25), Ben Curran (20 off 19) and Brad Evans (14 off 13).

For India, pace sensation Mayank Yadav headlined the bowling attack with three wickets, while Yash Thakur claimed two. Ashok Sharma and Ravi Bishnoi chipped in with a wicket each as India wrapped up another comprehensive victory to seal the series 3-0.
