Lucknow Super Giants posted a video from their official 'X' account formerly known as Twitter. In the video, Shubham Gaur who is part of the LSG social media staff was seen congratulating KL Rahul and then went on to say that he should be the next defence minister of India.

KL Rahul reacted to this and asked if he is trolling him for his strike rate too. However, Shubham cleared that he suggested the name because of his undefeated win streak while defending 160 plus score. Recently, KL Rahul has been criticised a lot over his strike rate. In the match against Gujarat Titans as well, the LSG captain could only score 33 runs off 31 balls with a strike rate of 106.45.
