Rohit Sharma was involved in a hilarious interaction with veteran spinner Amit Mishra after match 48 of the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League in which Lucknow Super Giants defeated Mumbai Indians by four wickets at the Ekana Cricket Stadium, on April 30. The former MI skipper was surprised to know that Amit Mishra is only four years older than him.

LSG posted a video of Rohit's interaction with Amit Mishra after the LSG vs MI match. Rohit even said, “When you made debut, when we were in nappies". The clip of the whole interaction is now going viral all across the social space at a rapid pace.

Amit Mishra made his debut back in 2003 in an ODI match against South Africa in Dhaka. At that time, Rohit Sharma was only 16 years old. However, he made his T20I debut way before Amit Mishra. The Indian captain made his T20I debut in 2007 and the veteran spinner got his first T20I cap in 2010.

 

LSG enter the top four

 

After their victory over MI, LSG has re-entered the top four in the points table. They now have 12 points in 10 matches and are currently in the third position. However, Mumbai are stuck at the 9th spot after their third consecutive and seventh loss of the ongoing season.
