Star pacer Jasprit Bumrah cut Virat Kohli's outing short in match 25 of the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, on April 11 (Thursday). This is the fifth time that Bumrah has dismissed the batting maestro in IPL history.
Jasprit Bumrah dismisses Virat Kohli
Virat did not appear in his best of touch as he came out to bat against Mumbai Indians. He once again became a target of Bumrah in the third over. Kohli appeared clueless against the premium pacer and as a result, misjudged a delivery that took an edge of his bat and went straight to the safe hands of Ishan Kishan.

Virat vs Bumrah head-to-head
Across 16 innings, Bumrah has dismissed Virat five times and has only given away 140 runs. Bumrah is one of the very few bowlers that has been quite successful against the former Royal Challengers Bengaluru captain.
RCB lost two early wickets in the form of Virat Kohli and Will Jacks. However, an 82-run partnership between skipper Faf du Plessis and Rajat Patidar did revive the innings for Bengaluru but then again MI made a comeback with quick wickets of Patidar and Glenn Maxwell.
