There is no iota of doubt that MS Dhoni rolled back the years as the legendary wicketkeeper-batter registered big records with some magical shots when Chennai Super Kings (CSK) faced Delhi Capitals (DC) in Match 13 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 on March 31 at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam. Dhoni came to bat for the first time in the IPL 2024. He slammed four fours and three sixes for his unbeaten 37 off 16 balls against Rishabh Pant-led DC. However, CSK lost the clash by 20 runs but Dhoni gave the fans plenty to cheer with his explosive knock. With DC’s win, CSK fell to second in the table with four points and a run rate of 0.976.
