'We lost and he got out': Preity Zinta replies to fan wanting to see MS Dhoni play in Punjab Kings

Former Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni is one of the most loved cricketing personalities. He has a tremendous fanbase and even fans from other franchises love the legendary cricketer. One such fan requested Punjab Kings owner Preity Zinta that he wants to see Dhoni play in PBKS. Zinta replied to the fan and said everybody wants him and everyone is a fan of him.

Preity Zinta said how she wanted her team to win the clash between PBKS and CSK in match 53 of the IPL 2024 at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala and wanted to see MS Dhoni hit some really big sixes but was disappointed as none of it could happen.

“Everyone wants him and everyone is his fan including me. Yesterday was bittersweet. I wanted us to win and him to hit some big sixes but we lost and he got out. The only bright spot was our bowlers did so well in restricting them but eventually it was not enough,” Preity Zinta wrote on ‘X’ formerly known as Twitter.

 

 

CSK beat PBKS by 28 runs

 

MS Dhoni might not had a great outing against PBKS on Sunday as he got out on a golden duck by Harshal Patel but his team secured a big win and gained a major boost to their playoff chances. CSK is currently placed at the number three spot in the points table with 12 points in 11 matches.
