Ahead of the game between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Delhi Capitals (DC) on May 10 (Wednesday), CSK captain MS Dhoni appeared in a jovial mood. In a video that has gone viral on the internet, the Yellow Army's leader can be seen trying to slap fast bowler Deepak Chahar from behind. Dhoni, however, intentionally made a connection with thin air but Chahar's reflexes were active and he swayed away from the firing line in a jiffy.

Meanwhile, Dhoni won the toss and opted to bat first at MA Chidambaram Stadium against DC. Dhoni made one forced change as Shivam Dube is yet to recover from a finger injury he picked up while taking a catch in the previous encounter. Dube was replaced by Ambati Rayudu.

“We have played a few games on this wicket. There are chances of this wicket slowing down. We can't complain about this track. We try to keep it simple. We try to keep reiterating the same thing. Try to accomplish your plan. Try to execute your plans. We have one change. Rayudu comes in for Dube,” Dhoni said after winning the toss.

On the other hand, David Warner made just one change to the winning combination. Warner dropped Manish Pandey from playing XI to make way for all-rounder Lalit Yadav.

“Looks a little bit dry (the pitch). The boys have come out with the right attidtude. We had to work on our powerplay batting. Try and excute on this wicket as much as you can. Lalit comes in for Manish Pandey,” Warner said at the coin toss.

CSK playing XI: Ruturaj Gaikwad, Devon Conway, Ajinkya Rahane, Ambati Rayudu, Moeen Ali, Ravindra Jadeja, MS Dhoni(w/c), Deepak Chahar, Matheesha Pathirana, Tushar Deshpande, Maheesh Theekshana

DC playing XI: David Warner(c), Philip Salt(w), Mitchell Marsh, Rilee Rossouw, Axar Patel, Aman Hakim Khan, Lalit Yadav, Kuldeep Yadav, Mukesh Kumar, Khaleel Ahmed, Ishant Sharma
