Buttler inches closer to Kohli

Buttler inched closer to Virat Kohli's record of scoring four hundreds in a single IPL season. The Indian batter was the top run-scorer of the 2016 IPL edition, where he amassed 973 runs from 16 matches, which included four centuries and seven half-centuries.

Buttler smashed nine sixes and nine fours in his explosive innings and along. After Buttler's wicket, skipper Sanju Samson (46 off 19) gave a strong finish to the innings. The RR batter dominated the DC bowlers throughout  and took them to the cleaners after being asked to bat first by Delhi Capitals skipper Rishabh Pant at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. DC will desperately aim to register their second win on the trot and jump up the points table.
