It flies towards long off, where Powell settles under it near the ropes and grabs it with a leap. He is just falling over a bit, flicks the ball up in the air, goes out and then comes in to complete the catch. The third umpire is called in and the replay shows that it is a clean take, with no part of Powell's feet/boot in contact with the boundary cushions while he has the ball in hand. England are seven down now.

The third umpire checks a few replays, and he is convinced the fingers are underneath the ball and it is a fair grab. The Windies did it in 2016 against England in the T20 World Cup here in Mumbai, and they have done it again. West Indies win by 30 runs.
