At the stumps again, Axar wrists it through mid-wicket and turns the strike over. The 50 is up for India.

At 130 kph, keeps the stumps in play, on a length. Tilak clips it wide of deep mid-wicket. They think about the second run but Ben Calitz charges in and keeps the batters down to one.

Drags the length back now, on middle and leg. Axar hangs back and tucks it with soft hands in the vacant space between square leg and mid-wicket and comes back for the second run.

Fine stop! Fuller and outside off. Axar Patel reaches out and slams it hard, where Liam McCarthy dives to his left at extra cover and saves a certain boundary. Just a single.

Oh, that could have gone back onto the stumps. Not all that short for the cut and not too wide either. Tilak flashes at the ball and gets an inside edge that goes behind. Lorcan Tucker moves to his right and dives to cut down the single.

Drifts down leg. Varma gets down on a knee and sweeps it behind square leg. Jai Moondra is quick to his left in the deep and cuts it off. Two runs taken.

On the pads again, on the fuller side. Varma sweeps it through backward square leg. It spins away at the last moment but Jai Moondra at deep backward square leg manages to make the stop. They cross.

Floated up, on off. Axar tries to go inside out but mistimes it to long off for one.

Drops it short, on middle. Tilak goes on the back foot and pulls it to deep square leg for one.

Short and on off, slapped to deep cover for another single.

Closer to the off stump but short again, Tilak punches it wide of cover and takes a single.

Beaten! Full and moving back a bit, on off. Axar goes for the expansive drive but is beaten on the inside edge.

Bowled on a back of a length, on off. Axar arches back and glides it uppishly through the backward point region for a single.

Fractionally short, on off. Varma punches it to backward point.

Swinging back in at the pads, Varma turns it through square leg for a single.

Hits the back of a length, on off. Axar dabs it to backward point.

Sticks to bowling it into the deck, on off. Axar hops to ride the bounce and guides it to short third. At the end of 6 overs, India are 41/4, needing 114 runs in 84 balls.

 FOUR! Lovely timing and placement! Back of a length, but Moondra errs in line this time. It is on the pads, and Varma just uses the pace, hops on the toes, and steers it to the right of short fine leg for a boundary.

 FOUR! Through the gap! A lot fuller on middle and leg. Tilak Varma clears the front foot, flicks it off the pads and in the gap between mid-wicket and mid on for a boundary.

Length-delivery, outside off. Varma presses back and cuts it wide of point for a single.

Sharp nip-backer on a good length. Ishan Kishan stays put and chop-cuts it towards cover-point for a single.

OUT! ISHAN KISHAN IS RUN OUT! Unbelievable scenes in Belfast. That's the last thing the Indians would have wanted. Full and wide outside off. It holds on a touch and Tilak Varma ends up chipping it on the bounce to the backward point fielder. Now, Ishan Kishan tears through from the other end, looking to pinch in a single, but Tilak sends him back on a sharp call. Seeing Kishan more than halfway through, Ross Adair takes a second to lock the aim and scores a direct hit at the bowling end with Ishan nowhere close. He is livid as he walks back to the dugout. India are 35/4, still needing 120 runs from 91 balls.

 FOUR LEG BYES! A poor review from Ireland! Full and tailing in towards the leg stump. Tilak looks to glance it off the front foot but misses and gets rapped on the front pad. Ireland go up in an appeal as one for LBW, but the umpire says no. They go for a review. Ball Tracking confirms that it is going down leg. Tilak survives, and India pick up four leg byes in the bargain as the ball runs towards the deep fine leg fence.

Shapes in, full and on middle. Ishan Kishan lets the ball come at him and drives it into the cover gap for a single.

A touch fuller and outside off. Tilak Varma plays off the back foot and punches it to the mid off fielder.

Hits the back of a length, around off. Tilak Varma hangs back and drops it in front of backward point. They run aggressively and complete the single.

A tad fuller on middle. Ishan Kishan watches the ball closely and taps it to the backward point fielder.

Slightly back of a length, angling outside off. Ishan Kishan comes a bit forward and steers it between cover and point for a single.

On a back of a length, outside off with some bounce. Tilak Varma chops it off the back foot to cover for a quick single. The fielder has a shy at the bowling end, but misses by a fair bit.

Short of a length, angled across. Shreyas Iyer hops on the toes and punches it to deep cover-point for a single.

Oh, just over! Extra bounce from a good length, on the pads. Ishan Kishan chips it across, but manages to get it over the mid-wicket fielder for a single.

 FOUR! Carved away! A lot of width on offer, on a length, Shreyas Iyer goes deep in the crease and slaps it along the ground to deep backward point for a boundary.

OUT! CHOPPED ON! Insane stuff from Moondra and that has left Shreyas absolutely shellshocked. Angled outside off on a good length, Shreyas Iyer tries to reach out and access the off side, looking to punch it on the up, but the ball seemingly cuts in a touch and goes off the inside edge before making an absolute mess of the stumps. India are 19/3, and they are in serious trouble now. They need 136 runs from 104 balls.

Fuller ball, just outside off. Tilak Varma drives it a bit uppishly but in the point gap for a couple of runs.

Spits up from the surface, on top of off, on a good length. Tilak Varma is squared up and just about manages to fence it out to the point region.

Flat, outside off, Kishan works it to deep cover for a single.

 FOUR! Cracking shot! A little too full from Humphreys, around off. Shreyas Iyer gets on top of the ball and thrashes it through the cover gap for a boundary. The Indian captain is off the mark in style.

Drifting in from middle, full in length. Shreyas Iyer clips it off the pads to the mid-wicket region for a single.

 FOUR! Dismissive! Short and outside off. Ishan Kishan gets enough width. He goes deep in the crease and cuts it powerfully to beat the point fielder to his right for a boundary. He was onto it in a flash.

Straightish and shortish, on off. Ishan Kishan slaps it but straight to the cover fielder. Ishan will feel that he missed out on that one.

Drops it full and around off. Ishan Kishan gets on the front foot and carves it between cover and point fielders for a couple of runs before it is mopped up. 12 runs off the over. 

 OUT! LBW! A beauty to start with and Jai draws first blood for Ireland. An inswinger on a good length, on middle. Sanju Samson plays across the line but misses and the ball thuds into the front pad. A huge confident appeal for LBW and up goes the finger instantly. Sanju Samson thinks for a bit and sends it upstairs for a review, but this looks straight and only height can save him. Nothing on UltraEdge and the Ball Tracking shows three reds with the ball projected to hit the leg stump. A golden duck for Samson and Moondra gets him once again. India are 0/1, chasing 155.

Too full on off, Ishan Kishan scuffs it to mid off.

OUT! STRAIGHT UP AND TAKEN! What a screamer of a catch from Hollard. A nothing shot from Abhishek, and he pays the price. Good length, outside off, shaping away. Abhishek throws his hands at it with everything he has, and the ball pops up, sailing towards the deep third region. It swirls in the air, and Hollard tracks it from short third, circling under it. He nearly overruns the ball but arches back and plucks it almost behind him. He falls over but manages to keep the ball in his hand. India are rocked early as they lose both their openers. They are 1/2, needing 154 more runs.

Swing and a miss! Full ball, nipping away from the batter. Shreyas Iyer goes for a drive but plays inside the line and is beaten all ends up.
