Matt Henry achieved a unique T20I feat

Henry dismissed Abhishek Sharma on the first delivery of the innings in the 4th T20I

New Zealand pacer Matt Henry created a unique record during the fourth T20I against India. He became the first bowler in history to dismiss two batters off the first ball of an innings in a bilateral T20I series. The 34-year-old got rid of the in-form Abhishek Sharma on the first delivery of India's innings and played a big role in the Kiwis successfully defending the 216-run target. Notably, Henry had previously dismissed Sanju Samson on the first ball of the innings in the third T20I.

Abhishek goes out for a golden duck

Abhishek lost his wicket while trying to hit a six on the very first delivery of the innings. He ended up miscuing the shot and was caught by Devon Conway. The wicket of Abhishek also saw Henry become the first bowler ever to take a wicket on the first ball of an innings in back-to-back T20Is.

Henry recorded figures of 1/24 in his quota of four overs against India in the fourth T20I. The Kiwis bowled brilliantly during the match in Visakhapatnam and bundled out the hosts for 165 runs, winning the match by a massive 50-run margin. Mitchell Santner was the pick of the bowlers, recording figures of 3/26 while both Ish Sodhi and Jacob Duffy also contributed well with two scalps each.

Phillips also bags massive feat

New Zealand batter Glenn Phillips also achieved a monumental T20I feat during the fourth T20I. He became just the third Kiwi batter to hit 100 sixes in the shortest format. The 29-year-old scored 24 runs during his brief stay on the crease during match, icnluding three boundaries and a six. Previously, Martin Guptill and Colin Munro were the only Kiwi batters to have hit 100 or  more maximums in T20Is.
