In the 19th match of the ongoing South Africa 20 (SA20) league, Sunrisers Eastern Cape's Tristan Stubbs smashed an unbeaten 27 runs off 13 balls against Durban Super Giants on January 22 (Sunday) at St George's Park, Gqeberha. The attractive right-handed batter smacked one four and two sixes in his thrilling cameo and registered a phenomenal strike rate of 207.69. Stubbs also provided the best moment of the match that came in the second ball of the penultimate over during Eastern Cape's innings. Wiaan Mulder ran in and delivered a friendly delivery in the slot and Stubbs unleashed a monstrous hit straight down the ground.

The ball went high in the night sky before making its way outside the stadium and settling somewhere in the park. The onlookers, including the commentators, were stunned by the right-hander's impeccable shot.
