Watch: Stuart Broad's stunning acrobatic catch to dismiss Kagiso Rabada during Lord's Test between England vs South Africa

In the ongoing first Test match between England and South Africa at the iconic Lord's cricket stadium in London, the Three Lions' premier paceman grabbed an absolute stunner that left onlookers astounded. At age 36, Broad displayed an athleticism of a teenager and provided the much-needed spark to England.

Broad's brilliance transpired on Day 3 when Matty Potts delivered the third ball of the 77th over. South Africa's left-handed batter smoked Potts' short delivery and the ball had boundary written all over it. But the veteran Englishman stationed at mid-on showed incredible agility by leaping high, using every inch of his lanky physique and plucking the ball out of thin air with his left hand.

As a result of Broad's acrobatic effort, Rabada had to take the long walk back to the pavilion after scoring three runs in 10 balls.

Meanwhile, the lanky pacer on Thursday became only the second England bowler to complete 100 Test wickets at Lord's, joining his long-time partner in crime, James Anderson who has 117 wickets at the 'mecca of cricket'.

The hosts are currently behind the eight ball in the first Test match after the Protea bowlers brought the heat on the first day. England fizzled out for just 165 runs before the visitors consolidated their position by batting sensibly against a steamy English attack.

Dean Elgar's men were 306/8 and led England by 141 runs.
