The wait is over as the date for the highly-anticipated India versus Pakistan's Women's Asia Cup 2026 clash has been disclosed. As per a Cricbuzz report, the high-voltage clash between India and Pakistan will be played on September 5 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The continental tournament is set to launch on August 28, opening with a showdown between Thailand and Hong Kong.
India to face Pakistan in Women's Asia Cup on September 5
Marking its sixth edition in the T20 format, the eight-nation competition splits the field into two groups. India and Pakistan headline Group A alongside Thailand, Hong Kong, and China, whereas Group B features Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, UAE, and Indonesia.
Following the group stage, the leading two sides from each pool will advance to the semi-finals, culminating in the title clash on September 13. To accommodate evening conditions, every match throughout the tournament will be staged under floodlights at the Dubai International Stadium.
Meanwhile, India's squad for Women's Asia Cup has been disclosed. Harmanpreet Kaur will continue to lead the side with deputy in Smriti Mandhana.
