T Dilip bids emotional farewell after India stint ends

T Dilip has officially ended his stint as the Indian cricket team's fielding coach. After his contract expired on June 8, Dilip shared an emotional message reflecting on his journey with the national squad since joining in November 2021. Known for introducing the post-match fielding medal tradition during the 2023 ODI World Cup, this memory remains one of his most cherished moments with the team. During his time as fielding coach, Dilip contributed significantly to the Indian team’s defensive strategies and helped improve their athleticism and agility in the field. His efforts were acknowledged widely, including compliments from captain Rohit Sharma, who called him a legend and praised the magical difference Dilip created within the squad.
