Real Madrid could miss Kylian Mbappe for their upcoming game against Real Sociedad. They will lock horns with the eighth-placed side in LaLiga at the Bernabeu on Saturday, February 14.
Another injury blow for Real Madrid
Mbappe has been suffering with a knee issue. Journalist Carlos Rodriguez has reported on X that the French forward has missed training sessions for two back-to-back days. He wrote:
"Mbappé is not training with the group for the 2nd consecutive day. He continues with discomfort in his left knee, which has been punished since the sprain suffered in December. He is a reasonable doubt for Saturday's match against Real."
Mbappe has missed a couple of games earlier this season because of a knee injury. He has been a key figure for Real Madrid this season, scoring 38 goals and giving five assists in 31 games across all competitions. Since joining the club in 2024, he has smashed 82 goals and 10 assists in 90 games.
Meanwhile, Los Blancos are also without Jude Bellingham because of his hamstring issue. Meanwhile, Rodrygo is also a doubt for the Real Sociedad game. They sit second in the LaLiga table, sitting just one point behind leaders and arch-rivals Barcelona.
