Cristiano Ronaldo to leave Al-Nassr?

Despite penning a new deal last year that would keep him with the Knights of Najd till the summer of 2027, Ronaldo is said to be rethinking about his future at the club because of financial concerns.

While the four-time European Golden Boot winner stays as one of the sport's highest earners, with an estimated annual salary over $225 million (excluding add-ons and other benefits), the Knights of Najd have been silent in recent transfer windows while their rival clubs have flexed their muscle.

Reportedly, Ronaldo is angry that Saudi Pro League leaders Al-Hilal bolstered their ranks in the recently concluded transfer window by signing Karim Benzema, while the Knights only signed Iraqi midfielder Hayder Abdul Kareem.
