“I respect all the players, I don’t know anything about the situation at the moment. I was focused on the team, and I don’t know anything.”
The comments have fuelled speculation among fans about Torres’ future at the club. The Spaniard’s position appears to be a matter being handled at board level rather than by the coaching staff. Flick’s remarks come amid ongoing questions over squad planning at Camp Nou as the new season approaches.
