German tactician hints at a possible future return to coaching.

Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has firmly shut down ongoing speculation linking him with a sensational move to Real Madrid, delivering a scathing response to the rumors circulating in recent weeks.

Jurgen Klopp rejects Real Madrid speculation

Now serving in an executive role within the Red Bull football network, Klopp made it clear that reports suggesting a potential switch to the Santiago Bernabeu are completely unfounded.

Addressing the rumors during a media interaction, the German tactician did not mince his words.

"That was written by the same idiots. It's all just nonsense. They haven't called me once, not a single time. And they haven't called my agent either."

The blunt statement leaves little room for interpretation, effectively ending speculation about any immediate managerial return—at least in connection with Real Madrid.

No contact with Spanish giants

Despite persistent reports, Jurgen Klopp confirmed there has been zero communication between him and the Spanish club. His comments highlight frustration with repeated media claims that continue to link him with one of football’s most high-profile jobs.

Currently contracted as Head of Global Soccer with Red Bull until 2029, Klopp appears fully committed to his off-field responsibilities.

Door still open for coaching return

While dismissing the Real Madrid rumors, Klopp did hint that his managerial career may not be over just yet. After stepping away from the day-to-day demands of coaching, the 58-year-old admitted he still has ambitions within the game.

"I'm certainly quite advanced for life at my age, but as a coach, I'm not completely and utterly finished. I haven't reached retirement age yet," he explained. "Who knows what will happen in the coming years. But nothing is planned in that regard."

Jurgen Klopp’s comments provide clarity on his immediate future while leaving the door open for a potential return to the dugout down the line. For now, however, the focus remains on his current role, with no plans to take charge of Real Madrid or any other club.
