Lionel Messi's Inter Miami get close to sign star winger, his name is...

Inter Miami are reportedly close to signing winger Tadeo Allende on a permanent deal from Celta Vigo.

Allende joined Inter Miami on a loan deal from Celta Vigo earlier in 2025. But with his loan deal due to expire at the end of December, he was set to return to the LaLiga based club.

As per The Athletic, Inter Miami are nearing a deal to retain Allende on a permanent basis. While the deal is yet to be finalized, it is very close and expected to be completed this week.

Celta Vigo, who paid 4.5 million to sign Allende from Godoy Cruz, were interested in recovering a portion of their investment during the winter transfer window. With the Argentine not fully included into the squad as his future was being resolved, interest reportedly emerged from River Plate, but their 2.5 million offer was rebuffed, as Vigo were holding out for a closer to 6 million.
