India got off to a blistering start, with Sukhjeet Singh scoring a goal just 31 seconds into the final match against Korea. The crowd erupted as the Men in Blue found the net so early, thanks to Sukhjeet being given space inside the circle. The Indian attacker made no mistake, burying the strike into the top corner of the goal.

The hosts continued their dominance, constantly threatening to extend their lead. In the ninth minute of the first quarter, Mandeep Singh was awarded a penalty stroke due to a stick check, but Daehan Jang saved Jugraj Singh's shot. Abhishek's strike then flew wide, and India finished the first quarter with a narrow lead. Early in the second quarter, a foul by Jugraj resulted in a green card, which sent the player off for two minutes. India also had a penalty corner overturned after a Korean review. In the 28th minute, Dilpreet Singh doubled India's lead after a superb setup from Sanjay. Moments later, Sanjay's strike hit the outside of the net, and India went into halftime with a 2-0 lead.

Korea spent most of the quarter defending, though they did manage to break out and earn a couple of penalty corners. However, the Indian defense held strong, preventing them from scoring. In the final minute of the third quarter, India secured their third goal when Dilpreet Singh finished off a pass from Rajkumar Pal.

The home crowd erupted again in the final quarter as Amit Rohidas made it four for India, converting a penalty corner with a powerful strike. Korea managed to get a goal back when Dain Son scored from a penalty corner, but it was too little, too late. The Men in Blue held on for a stellar victory, securing their fourth Asia Cup title.
