The Jaipur Pink Panthers continued their impressive run in the Pro Kabaddi League Season 10, notching their seventh consecutive win with a decisive 42-25 triumph over the Bengal Warriors at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad on Monday. The match was marked by standout performances from Arjun Deshwal, who amassed 15 raid points, and Ankush, who secured 6 tackle points, solidifying the Panthers' unbeaten streak.

The match began on an even keel, with Bengal Warriors' Maninder Singh initiating a strong start with a 2-point raid and Vaibhav Garje contributing early tackles. Despite the Warriors' slight lead, the defending champions, Jaipur Pink Panthers, kept the pressure up, never letting the lead exceed a point. Bhavani Rajput’s efforts pushed the Panthers ahead at 10-8, and they managed to maintain this lead, going into halftime with a narrow 13-12 advantage. A concern for the Panthers in the first half was their star raider Arjun spending a significant time on the bench.

The second half saw a shift in momentum as Arjun returned with a crucial multi-point raid, reducing the Warriors to just two players on the mat. Though Maninder responded with a 2-point raid, it couldn't prevent an All-Out. Iranian defender Reza Mirbagheri's impressive dash to tackle Maninder further boosted the Panthers' lead to 24-19 with 12 minutes remaining.

The Panthers then bolstered their defense, with Ankush executing a formidable ankle hold on Vishwas S, extending their lead to 30-20 and earning him a High 5. Despite Shrikant Jadhav's Super Tackle aiding the Warriors' comeback efforts, Arjun’s subsequent multi-point raid set the stage for a second All-Out in the 39th minute. Arjun’s performance ensured another Super 10 for him as the Jaipur Pink Panthers comfortably secured their seventh win in a row.

This match demonstrated the Panthers’ resilience and strategic superiority, with their effective raiding and robust defense playing pivotal roles in their continued success in the league. The team’s consistent performance has not only kept them on a winning path but also solidified their position as strong contenders in the tournament.
