Monegasque's former teammate, Carlos Sainz, took to Instagram and dropped a one-word reaction to Leclerc's announcement of his engagement.
Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz were teammates at Ferrari for four years as the Spanish racer joined the team ahead of the 2021 season after Sebastian Vettel left the side for Aston Martin. The two racers became an iconic Ferrari duo with the fans giving them the nickname "C2".
Leclerc started dating his now fiancée, Alexandra Saint Mleux, in 2023, and she then stayed with the Ferrari driver at multiple race weekends. The couple also adopted their first dog, Leo, about a year ago, who also accompanies Leclerc at the F1 race weekends.
