While he took up the new challenge in the twilight phase of his career, 7-time Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton has made it known that it was always going to be a daunting task to acclimatise at Ferrari. The Ferrari fans got to see a glimpse of Hamilton's brilliance at the Chinese Grand Prix. He attained a pole position for the Sprint Race and then led from start to finish to live up to the hype, giving fans something to cheer about. However, the delight was short-lived as Ferrari's stint in China culminated as both Hamilton and Charles Leclerc were disqualified from the GP.

Lewis Hamilton's Needs Are Topmost Priority
The 40-year-old understands that adjusting to his new surroundings after 12 seasons racing for Mercedes will not be simple. However, it looks that team principal Frederic Vasseur is making every effort to make Hamilton as comfortable as possible in the SF-25.
According to Motorsport, Ferrari made substantial alterations to Lewis Hamilton's steering wheel.
Hamilton previously requested that Ferrari tweak his steering wheel when he initially began testing, but many other adjustments have since been done.
The 40-year-old has acquired new software that has not yet been installed on Leclerc's car, which will allow him to access additional data, similar to how his wheel worked at Mercedes.
Hamilton will be able to see more specifics about his engine mapping, and the mechanism for accessing additional information about his power unit has been upgraded to more closely mirror Mercedes'.
He has requested that more information be made available instantly than Leclerc, but there are still modes and menus that Hamilton will need to master that Ferrari uses differently than Mercedes, such as how some functions are organized together.
This provides him with significantly more detail than he had at Mercedes; nonetheless, Leclerc prefers a simpler dashboard, receiving only crucial information when he begins a new lap.
