Indian hockey team created history by defeating Australia to finish second in the group. Apart from Hockey, Indian shuttler Lakshya Sen also became the first Indian male badminton player to reach the semifinal. On the other hand, India's Olympics double medallist Manu Bhaker has also qualified for the final in the 25m pistol event. Now Manu will be seen in action on August 3 where she will shoot for a medal and this time, Manu will surely look to change the colour of her medal. Indian boxers have failed to get any medal in the marquee event so far but there are chances that Nishant Dev who is representing India for the first time in the Olympics clinch a medal.
