In the women's segment, Jyothi showcased her exceptional skills by defeating fellow Indian, Aditi Swami, to advance to the women's compound individual final. Their semi-final clash, which took place on October 3 in Hangzhou, was a testament to their dedication and precision. Both athletes started strong, scoring a perfect 60 from their initial six arrows.
However, the tide turned slightly when Vennam lost a point in the third end. Swami, despite her initial momentum, faced a setback in the concluding round, finishing with a score of 146.
