Highlights:

India started Day 9 on a very bright note as the roller skaters of the 3000m men's and women's teams secured the Bronze medal in speed skating to take the tally to 55.

India started Day 9 on a very bright note as the roller skaters of the 3000m men's and women's teams secured the Bronze medal in speed skating to take the tally to 55. In the women's team, Sanjana Bathula, Karthika Jagadeeswaran, Heeral Sadhu and Aarathy Kasturi Raj clocked a time of 4:34.861.
The Indian quartet finished behind gold medallists Chinese Taipei (4:19.447) and South Korea (4:21.146).

In the men's event, the troika of Aryanpal Singh Ghuman, Anandkumar Velkumar, Siddhant Rahul Kamble and Vikram Rajendra Ingale finished with a timing of 4:10.128. 
Chinese Taipei (4:05.692) and South Korea (4:05.702) took the top-two spots.
The Indian team completed their race in 4 minutes and 34.861 seconds, securing the third position. Chinese Taipei secured the gold medal with a time of 4 minutes and 19.447 seconds, while South Korea claimed silver with a time of 4 minutes and 21.146 seconds.

In the men's team relay, the Indian quartet consisting of Aryanpal Singh Ghuman, Anandkumar Velkumar, Siddhant Kamble, and Vikram Ingale secured another bronze medal with a time of 4 minutes and 10.128 seconds. The leading positions were taken by Chinese Taipei (4:05.692) and South Korea (4:05.702) in first and second place.

Notably, this accomplishment marked India's third-ever medal in roller skating at the Asian Games. Previously, Indian roller skaters had also won two bronze medals in the men's free skating and pairs skating categories at the Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games.
