FIFA WC 2022: Football fans left fuming over indifferent live streaming, Jio Cinema apologises for the hassle
The wait is over for the highly anticipated FIFA World Cup 2022 extravaganza as the marquee tournament got rolling on Sunday (November 20) with a slugfest between Ecuador and hosts Qatar. Twelve years after FIFA took the controversial decision to award the tiny Gulf nation its showpiece event, what many seemed unthinkable finally came to fruition in front of the watching FIFA president Gianni Infantino, Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Football fans were given a special treat as BTS star Jung Kook performed in the FIFA World Cup 2022 Opening Ceremony, at the Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor.
Amid all the hype around the grand tournament, football fans were left fuming over the indifferent live streaming of the FIFA World CUp 2022 opening ceremony. Jio Cinema is providing the live streaming of football's biggest tournament for Indian fans.

Jungkook brought the house down in Qatar as he perfromed the song Dreamers from the official soundtarck of FIFA World Cup 2022 at the opning ceremony. Dressed in an all black attire, consisting of a T-shirt, jacket with glitter, denims and boots, Jungkook danced and swayed with the background performers as the stadium sang along with him. Social media users quickly trended Jungkook on social media and showered the BTS star with compliments. Jungkook's performance was preceeded by Morgan Freeman's opening with Ghanim Muftah. Alongside Jungkook, Qatari singer Fahad Al-Kubaisi also performed.
