Aryna Sabalenka sent love to her friend and fellow tennis player Paula Badosa as the latter sits out after wrapping up her season early because of recurring injuries. Badosa has been enjoying her recovery with light on-court practices and vacations.
Paulo Badosa started her 2025 season with a great sting at the Australian Open, where she managed to reach the semifinals. She returned to top ten but suffered significantly because of her back, missing a few tournaments including the clay-court swing. At the China Open, she retired mid-match following injuring her left hip and called her season off prematurely.
Now enjoying downtime, Badosa enjoying some time with her family, especially her sister Jana, also vacationed with her best friend and World No.1 Aryna Sabalenka in Dubai before the latter started competing at the WTA Finals.
In the Spanish player's recent Instagram post, She shared a series of pictures showing how her recent days have been as she woks to find her touch again. The pictures series consisted of on-court training and gym sessions, vacation spots, delectable food, and more. She captioned her post:

Sabalenka reacted to her best friend's post, gushing over the images and writing:

Aryna Sabalenka defeated Jasmine Paolini in the first group stage and we will next face Jessica Pegula in the second round at the WTA Finals.
