Novak Djokovic is all set to further slip in the ATP rankings as Jack Draper's victory in the Madrid Open quarterfinal has confirmed that the Serbian will not feature in the top 5 picture, come the next update in the rankings. Draper, the 5th seed in Madrid, continued his fine form by picking an emphatic 6-0, 6-4 quarterfinal win over Matteo Arnaldi- the man who knocked out Djokovic in round 2 of the tournament. Draper, who is currently World No.6, will move up to No.5 and displace the 24-time Grand Slam champion from the position.

Djokovic enduring a loss in the initial phase of an ATP 1000 tournament again means he will gain only 10 ranking points from the stint, tweaking his total to 4130 points.
