Novak Djokovic hilariously teased Rafael Nadal in the midst of his Australian Open 2026 final against Carlos Alcaraz on Sunday, February 1. The Serb, hunting his 25th Grand Slam title, was seen talking with his former opponent, who had a front row seat at Rod Laver Arenaca.
After clinching a thriller win against the World No,2 Jannik Sinner in the semifinals, the 38-year-old Novak Djokovic set the iconic arena at Melbourne Park intrigued by winning the first set 6-2 against the World No.1. However, Carlos Alcaraz managed to make a strong comeback by winning the next two sets and was leading 5-4 in the fourth at the time of this writing.
Meanwhile, the Rod Laver Arena was graced by the 22-time Grand Slam winner Rafael Nadal. The 2022 Australian Open winner was spotted supporting both players. However, fans were entertained when Djokovi asked Nadal if he wanted to play.
"Wanna play, Rafa?"
It brought a big smile on Nadal's face upon hearing Djokovic's surprise request.
On the other hand, legendary Ken Rosewall was also seen at Rod Laver Arena to witness the epic men's singles final on Sunday.
