Despite facing an early setback with Mahut and Herbert leading 4-2 in the first set, Bopanna and Ebden demonstrated resilience, clawing back to a tie-breaker. After a grueling 65 minutes of play, they clinched the first set. The second set saw the Indo-Australian pair dominate, securing a commanding 5-1 lead before sealing the match with a powerful ace.
