Nikki Bella broke her silence after facing a defeat via submission during last night's edition of WWE RAW. The 41-year-old returned to the company earlier this year.
Asuka and Bella squared off in a singles fight last night on WWE RAW after an argument backstage. The Empress of Tomorrow trapped the former Divas Champion in the Asuka Lock, and Bella tapped out in the middle of the ring. The veteran took to Instagram today after the defeat to thank her fans for their support.
"✨ Gonna be GOLDEN ✨Last night wasn’t my night for victory, but my heart is full. Every loss is just fuel for the comeback. Thank you for being on this journey with me Bella Army! We rise together. We glow light together! My wins and losses don’t define me — the fight, the passion, and the love for this will always keep me standing tall! 🫶🏼✨🤍🙏🏼✝️💛💪🏼💋🌟🌙," she wrote.
Bella challenged Becky Lynch for the Women's Intercontinental title at Clash in Paris but was unable to claim the title. Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins will be joining hands to battle AJ Lee and CM Punk at WWE Wrestlepalooza later this month.
Vince Russo shares insights about Triple H after AJ Lee's fantastic return
Former WWE head writer Vince Russo is not a big fan of Triple H's booking ability. The Veteran made an interesting remark about Hunter after AJ Lee's return to the WWE.
In a recent X (FKA Twitter), Russo indicated that the former world champion relied heavily on pop-including moments. Referring to the WWE Head of Creative as "The KING of POPS," the 64-year-old claimed that Triple H was no means better than Tony Khan if seen from a creative standpoint.
"From this point going forward, @TripleH's new moniker will be: "The KING of POPS" Bro---you take away his POP CARD and he ain't got NOTHIN' over @TonyKhan Creatively," claimed Russo.
After AJ Lee, there have been several rumors of big stars returning in the future. It remains to be seen what plans the wrestling promotion has in store for the rumored returns.
