Zilla Fatu finally broke his silence with a one-word message after he was betrayed by Roman Reigns' cousin, Lance Anoa'i, at House of Glory.
Anoa'i recently left the WWE without getting the chance to have a single match for the promotion. He previously made sporadic appearances and even appeared on TV along with Roman Reigns during his rivalry with Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon.
Lance made the surprising decision to betray his family member, Zilla, at Winter Warfare. This led to The Hardys defending the HOG World Tag Team Champions. On X, Zilla broke his silence by sharing a one-word message.
"Bet…. @lanceanoai @HOGwrestling," wrote Zilla.
Zila Fatu wants to sign with the WWE
Zila Fatu has expressed his wish to sign with the WWE over AEW. Members of Fatu's family are associated with the Stamford-based promotion, Consisting of Roman Reigns and The Usos.
Speaking on WiLD 94.1, Zila was questioned where he would want to end up. He simply said:
“WWE, uce. That’s the main one. Like I said, back to what I was saying with my family, my family got a long history with WWE. So at the same time, I don’t want to be the first Fatu or Anoaʻi to go to AEW. I don’t want to break that cycle. But it just gotta make sense because everybody’s journey is different. My journey’s different. My story’s way different from Solo’s, from The Usos’, from Roman and Jacob [Fatu]. So my story, I got a whole nother chapter. I’m sitting on a whole nother side of the table [laughs],"
Zila's family member and former tag team partner, Jacob Fatu, debuted in WWE in 2024. The Samoan Werewolf has been a hit on the main roster ever since coming on the blue brand.
For now, though, Zilla Continues to perform on the independent circuit.
