Glenn announced during a Monday press conference that the star receiver is set to return to practice this week. He said:

“He’s going to practice this week. So I’m looking forward to him getting out in practice. Let’s see how that goes during the week. I don’t wanna place too much on him right now. But I’m excited about him getting out and being in practice this week.”

Garrett Wilson has been away from practice since suffering the injury against the Broncos, being placed as doubtful in Jets' two subsequent games. With his return in practice announced on Monday, Jets fans can start hoping that he will be appearing against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.

The Jets won their first game of the season against the Cincinnati Bengals just before heading on a bye week. The Jets' offense put up a solid performance against the Bengals despite Wilson's absence, scoring almost 40 points in a 39-38 win.

The team's receiver was going through a great season, despite the Jets' terrible form, before he picked up an injury. In six games he's featured this season, he has caught 36 times for 395 yards and four touchdowns.
