Gymnast and rising social media sensation Livvy Dunne has opened up about her admiration for global superstar Taylor Swift, calling the singer a source of inspiration as she navigates her own high-profile relationship and public career.
Dunne, who is dating Pittsburgh Pirates All-Star pitcher Paul Skenes, admitted that she often looks to Swift as a guiding light when dealing with the challenges of fame. In an interview, she shared:
“[Taylor] has her boyfriend that’s a professional athlete and my boyfriend is a professional athlete as well. And she has her own success and I have my own success, so I try to look at her perspective on things and how she handles criticism, how she navigates.”

Taylor Swift’s romance with Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce has captured headlines worldwide, placing the singer under even greater scrutiny. Dunne revealed that she resonates with Swift’s situation, noting the similarities between their relationships.
She explained: “Being with a professional athlete in itself is difficult because they’re always traveling.”

“I think that she takes the heat a lot worse than I do, because, I mean, the bigger you are, the more people you have trying to tear you down,” she admitted. “It just really resonated with me. It’s a unique position to be in. And I think for some people, women in sports is uncomfortable for some reason.”
