Kevin Durant snubs Steph Curry in NBA 2K25's 'Perfect' starting five, Chooses 5x All-Star Instead

What did Kevin Durant say for Luka Doncic?

 

Meanwhile, Durant put himself in the small forward position and completed his version of the current 'perfect' starting five in NBA2K25. 

 

While speaking on Boardroom's podcast, Durant said, "I'll probably go Luka at the point. Luka, me, Bron, Embiid at my five cause' Embiid shooting 3s better than Jok [Jokic] in the game ... Then you gotta go with somebody like Klay at 6'7" shooting that thing like that."

While playing the new NBA 2K25 with National Football League star (NFL) Sauce Gardner, Kevin Durant disclosed his list. The forward for Phoenix Suns chose size and length in his squad. He chooses Joel Embiid at five who has a rating of 82 as a 3-point shooter going past Nikola Jokic's 80.

 

On top of it, Klay Thompson is the shortest player in the lineup as he stands at 6 foot 6 inches. He sees himself at par with other small forwards in the league. Meanwhile, Luka Doncic's 97 overall rating makes him go past Stephen Curry's 95 overall rating.

 

Luka Doncic, who plays for Dallas Mavericks has a height advantage over Stephen Curry. Doncic has 24 badges to his name three more than Curry.

 

Kevin Durant is not happy with his NBA 2K25 rating

 

Kevin Durant plays for the Phoenix Suns in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He recently found his NBA 2K25 rating and reacted in frustration after seeing his placement among premier players. NBA 2K dropped Durant's rating from 96 to 94. They even ranked him ninth in the NBA.

 

While speaking on the Boardroom episode with Sauce Gardner, Durant said, "I'm a 94? That's crazy. I'm sick of that s**t."

 

Durant's rating fell for the first time in three years as he had a rating of 96 from 2021 to 2024. His highest-ever ranking (97) came in NBA 2K18 while playing for the Golden State Warriors.
