Initially on Monday, Shams Charania reported that the medical staff claimed that Brooks would need at least four to six weeks to get fully fit.

In the game against the Orlando Magic on Saturday, Dillon Brooks suffered the injury as he played only seven minutes before leaving the court. He managed to gather only five points and three rebounds.

After suffering from Jalen Green's injury setback, It looked that the Phoenix Suns would do good after the shooting guard's comeback, but Dillon Brook's absence will hurt them more as he was providing invaluable output on the court.

In 50 games so far in the ongoing 2025-26 season, Brooks managed to average 20.9 points and 3.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists.
