Anthony Edwards could make a surprise return on Wednesday against the New York Knicks. The Minnesota Timberwolves All-star was reportedly out until Sunday after injuring his hamstring on October 27 against the Indiana Pacers.
Latest injury update on Anthony Edwards
Although, the latest injury update from the Timberwolves placed Edwards as questionable.
Edwards' ability to recover and play through injuries has made him one of the most available players in the NBA over the last few seasons. For Minnesota, it would be a big boost as it looks to extend its winning streak to three games.
The Timberwolves improved to 2-2 in Edwards' absence with two consecutive wins over the Utah Jazz and Brooklyn Nets.
The Knicks are another team with contender status, so if Edwards can play, the Timberwolves have a quite good chance to register a win again.
