Giannis Antetokounmpo can make his return when the Bucks face the Heat on November 26, 2025, in the NBA Cup. According to the franchise’s announcement, the forward is questionable for the game on Wednesday night following a left adductor strain.

While Giannis might make his return, teh Bucks also announced the names of the players who have been ruled out of the game vs the Heat. Alex Antetokounmpo (G League - Two-Way), Kevin Porter Jr. (Right Knee Meniscus Surgery), and Taurean Prince (Neck Surgery) will not be available for the upcoming game. 

Antetokounmpo has missed the past three games after suffering an adductor strain on November 17 when the team lost against the Cleveland Cavaliers with a score of 107-118. The team has not tried to rush with the two-time MVP to make his injury worse, which will cost the Bucks for sure.

Meanwhile, in the absence of Giannis, Bobby Portis recorded 22 points while Cole Anthony added 16. Additionally, Kyle Kuzma had 15, and Myles Turner scored 13 points in their most recent fixture. However, these were not enough to save the Bucks from the Trail Blazers.
