JJ Reddick explains what it feels like to coach LeBron James

Interacting with the reporters in the postgame media availability, Redick was questioned how he communicates with James during certain situations in the game. The second-year coach compared him to an aging Greg Maddux, who still takes his decisions and will tell him to mind his own business.

"He's Greg Maddux at the end of his career," Redick said. "Every night he doesn't have his best stuff, but he has enough to win. I'm his catcher. I've figured out how to call the pitches. Sometimes he tells me F off, he calls his own pitch, which is fine too."

LeBron James aging like fine wine

At the age of 41 years old, LeBron James has shown no signs of getting slow, especially after missing the first 14 games of the season because of Sciatica. James is back to All-Star form since Austin Reaves suffered a calf injury.

And to be fair to JJ Redick, James has been in the NBA before him, so it does not hurt to have suggestions from him. "The King" has one of the best minds in the history of the sport, so it is not shocking that he will do something on his own based on what is happening in real time.

Kevin Love says LeBron James has photographic memory for basketball

On a recent appearance on "The Old Man and the Three" podcast, Kevin Love claimed that LeBron James is a basketball savant. Love even thinks that James has a photographic memory for basketball, Just because of how amazing his mind is about the game.

"In terms of basketball, he has a photographic-type memory," Love said. "I mean, you've seen some of those press conferences where he's going back and going through several plays in sequence. He's picking out details and players, and where he was on the floor, and where they were on the floor, and what the time and score was of the game. That's not normal."

James is famous for baffling reporters by recalling plays following the game in great detail.
