Meanwhile, the 41-year-old has shared an open-ended view on retirement and addressed questions about his future beyond his historic 23rd NBA season with the Los Angeles Lakers. The legendary superstar gave a relaxed, non-committal response when pressed on retirement or playing a 24th season.

LeBron James keeps fans guessing about post-retirement plans  

During NBA All-Star weekend in Los Angeles, the former Cleveland, as per a video by Sky Sports, left the fans guessing on his future in the league. LeBron said: 

"Yeah, I mean, I want to live. When I know, you guys will know. I don't know. I have no idea. I just want to live, that's all.”

The Lakers guard is focused on the current Lakers season and enjoying the moment rather than speculating about what's next in his professional life. It remains to be seen, as the basketball icon has not decided anything definitive about retiring after this contract year ends.
