The Los Angeles Clippers fans are going to be ecstatic as Bradley Beal has joined them in the offseason. On Wednesday, NBA insider Shams Charania revealed that Beal has agreed to a contract buyout with the Phoenix Suns and will join the Clippers on a two year deal worth a whopping $11 million, once he clears his waivers.

Los Angeles Clippers sign Bradley Beal

Many fans and analysts had anticipated this after weeks of Beal being rumored to the Clippers. However, now that it has happened, Clippers fans look forward to having one of the best squads in the Western Conference.

After signing John Collins in a blockbuster three-team trade which involved the Jazz and the Heat, the Clippers were lacking a star player in their lineup. Beal's arrival perfectly fills that gap and makes them one of the few teams who have All-Star players at each position.

Here is the depth chart of Los Angeles Clippers

Bradley Beal had a decent season with the Suns in the last campaign. He averaged 17.0 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game on 49.7 percent shooting from the field. Given the current roster of the Clippers, it is expected that Beal might fit in smoothly.

NBA insider on Bradley Beal leaving the Phoenix Suns

After breaking the news of Bradley Beal's move to the Los Angeles Clippers, NBA insider Shams Charania revealed that the guard was excited to part ways with the Suns and start a new chapter.

Beal became extremely excited about the route to part ways after meeting with multiple interested suitors, and Bartelstein then moved forward with the Suns on completing the release Wednesday, opening the path for Beal to start a new chapter in LA, Charania tweeted.

This move of bringing in Beal helps the Clippers as they can now build a team around Devin Booker. Beal's departure has allowed the Suns to avoid the first and second aprons. They now have access to more tradeable draft picks in the future and can exercise the mid-level exception.
